Shooting Drillz:

  1. For these drillz, just be sure that you have proper shooting form and that you give the ball lots of arc. These drillz can be done with two players (one rebounding, one shooting) or with one player (you just have to follow your shot and get your own rebound). To become a good shooter, or to improve your shooting you have to shoot about 200 to 300 shots per day for at least five days per week. Remember, "repetition is the mother of skill". I remember seeing Vince Carter get interviewed during the NBA lockout a few years ago and he said that he was shooting 1000 shots per day in order to prepare for the season (which was his rookie season) Based on the fact that after that shortened season he was the rookie of the year I guess you could say his hard work paid off.C
