One
Ball Drillz:
The key to getting the most from these drillz is to move your hands
as fast as possible. In fact, your goal should be to go so fast that
you lose control of the ball!!! No kidding! If you are losing the ball
then that means you are going 100% and you will develop quicker hands.
If you are slowly going through the motions, you are wasting your time.
Make sure that for every drill, you stay low in an athletic position
and you keep your head up. When dribbling, if you are having trouble,
just start slowly and bounce the ball high. As you improve, bounce the
ball lower and go faster. Simply click on the text to play the Drill.

Around the ankles, knees, waist, head:
- -remember to go as fast as possible

your left ankle 10 times each way, then do your right ankle

Dribble ball around one foot with one hand:
- -with your left hand, dribble the
ball around your left foot using only your left hand
- -the off hand protects the ball
