Welcome Football Players!

Here you will find some of the best drills that you can do on your own to ensure that come game time, you are ready to play at your best level.

Wether you have goals of making your high school team, attaining a College or university scholarship, or maybe one day playing for a professional team, you have come to the right place. These drills will benefit Football players at every level.

This segment of our website is currently under construction. Look for the drills to be up in late September!! The drills will be performed by some of the University of Ottawa Football players (who won the CIAU Vanier Cup in the 2000 season)

In the Training section you will find training programs that we have used or that other people have used and have had success with. There we also discuss plyometrics, vertical jump training, weight training, and much more.
